// File Check List: Before Uploading PLEASE READ //
(1) The mixes you send for mastering need to have no sample rate conversion or dithering (bit reduction). If your mixing session is at 24bit 48Khz the mixes should be the same.
(2) If you have a limiter or heavy compression on your mix please consider not doing so as this drastically effects the mastering process. If your not sure always print two mixes, one with compression/limiting one without. A good rule of thumb is to have at least 6db of headroom on your mixes.
(3) Always include a text file with your mixes with correct song order and spelling for track, artist and album.
(4) When you upload files please put ALL files in ONE folder and .zip the folder so your uploading one zipped file instead of multiple files. Also include your name/artist name with your upload so that we can easily associate your files with your project.

FAQ:

What format should I deliver my audio in?

You should either upload via our upload page or it should be delivered on CD/DVD or Hard Drive. Wave or AIFF stereo (or split mono) files are preferred. No conversion to change the sample rate or bit depth should be attempted.

My Track names don't appear on iTunes, what gives?

CDtext (which is what the studio adds) is only compatible with certain types of CD players. You can submit your track names via iTunes using Gracenote or CDDB database.

What are ISRC codes?

You can get the scoop here: http://www.riaa.com/whatwedo.php?content_selector=whatwedo_is_r_c_codes

What if my files are on different formats and sample rates?

Not a problem. Send everything let us convert things, it's what we do :)
